At Lifestyle4You, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review our return policy below: 

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.  Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.  For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as personal care products, fragrances, and undergarments) are not eligible for return unless defective.

 How to Initiate a Return

Email our customer support team at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.  Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.  Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method. 

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 business days.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

Exchanges 

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.  Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
